Q: Can I skip a month or reschedule if I’m unavailable?
Yes. You’re allowed up to 2 reschedules during the plan year. Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.
Q: What if I want more than one outfit or longer shoot time?
You’re welcome to upgrade any session. Additional time, outfit changes, or set concepts can be added at discounted rates exclusive to plan members.
Q: Can I use my session for something specific, like a birthday or promo campaign?
Absolutely. Each shoot is personalized to your needs. Whether it’s seasonal, themed, or tied to a product launch—we’ll plan accordingly.
Q: Are these studio-only sessions, or can we shoot on location?
All Monthly Photo Shoot Plan sessions are based in our professional studio to ensure consistency, convenience, and quick turnaround.
If you’d like to shoot at a local offsite location (within the Bay Area), you can upgrade any session for just $100—a significant savings compared to our standard on-location sessions, which start at $550.
This flexibility lets you plan special outdoor, lifestyle, or on-brand location shoots throughout the year without paying full session rates.
Q: How do I get my photos?
You’ll receive one private online gallery link at the start of your plan. Each month, your new session photos will be added to that same gallery for easy access and organization. You’ll select your 5 retouched images from each monthly upload, and additional edits are available for $18 each.
Q: Can I cancel mid-plan?
This plan is designed as a 12-month commitment. If unforeseen circumstances arise, let’s talk—we’ll do our best to accommodate or pause your plan.
